• Contest a Ticket - STOP! Prior to completing and sending ONE of the following forms, all dispute requests MUST be registered within 15 calendar days of the ticket issue date by calling toll free 1-866-353-7137. Certain violations with valid documentation may be appealed administratively in lieu of Court.
  
  ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FORMS MAY BE SUBMITTED:
  
  • Contest a Ticket (Plea of Not Guilty and Request for Hearing Form)
  • Affidavit of Defense Form (Available ONLY for Alleged Offenders who Reside Outside of Pinellas County OR those with Physical Hardships)
