Find a Parking Spot on Clearwater Beach
If you’re going to the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival, don’t forget about the North Beach Parking Plaza for a place to park.
If you’re visiting Clearwater Beach this spring break season or for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival, don’t forget about the North Beach Parking Plaza for a place to park. The garage is located at 490 Poinsettia Ave. and offers 450 parking spaces at $2 per hour. The North Beach Parking Plaza includes amenities such as retail shops, restaurants, fitness and much more. It's near the Jolley Trolley and Clearwater Ferry stops. Beachgoers have quick access to the beach via Baymont Street. Monthly parking permits and overnight parking options are available, too.
Visitors also can take advantage of the free Park & Ride trolley service, now through April 29. Park & Ride is a program that offers beach visitors a place to park in a free designated downtown lot, and then ride the trolley to the beach for free. The trolley service leaves every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. All riders boarding at either Clearwater City Hall or the Harborview Center parking lots get a free day pass for all-day travel on the entire Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, or PSTA, bus and trolley system. Return service to the parking lots boards at the Clearwater Beach Marina.
