CLEARWATER, Fla. – Moccasin Lake Environmental Education Center is bringing fun back to summer camp, with a dose of education as well. Sign your child up for the Wild World Science and Nature Camp for a week of outdoor fun and learning. This is not your typical summer camp. The Science and Nature Camp will combine STEM learning with hands-on exploration of the natural wonders of Florida. This week-long camp will begin exploration on July 10 and run through July 14. The cost is $130 for those with a Clearwater Recreation Card and $143 without a card.

Along with all the exciting knowledge being taught in a fun and entertaining way, your little explorers will also participate in interactive games, fun field trail hikes, arts and crafts, hands-on science experiments, demonstrations and other exciting activities designed to expand an interest in science and the great outdoors that surrounds us. Those who choose to explore this camp will learn about our unique and incredible Florida environment, and how it relates to the science of electricity, chemistry, engineering and more. This camp is lead by Damon Chepren of Wild World Experimental Education, LLC.
