These novels are in diary form and reflect the period of history
in which the main character lives. Each book is about a different girl or
boy and their struggles and joys in life. The end of each book has a section
about the facts of each historical period, so the reader can get a true idea
of it. Good for beginning readers who want a challenge or any reader who enjoys
books written in diary format.
