Manga & Anime
Nearly one in every three books published in Japan is a manga. Manga, often translated
as "comic books," is really a form that can include a broad spectrum
of writing, from serious literature to technical manuals. The manga that we are
most familiar with in the United States is the comic book form that has inspired
much of the anime we now see in video, DVD and television. These forms are becoming
more and more mainstream. Get current by checking out these sites.
