Mayor Frank V. Hibbard (Seat 1)

Mayor Hibbard was first elected to the Clearwater City Council in March 2002. He was first elected Mayor in 2005 and was re-elected in 2008 and will serve a 4-year term. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. degree in Business and a B.S. in Economics, as well as an M.B.A. He has served as the Volunteer Executive to the United Way of Pinellas County and the Board of Corporate Partners at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, as well as a Board Member of the Jim Moran Institute of Entrepreneurial Study, Florida State College of Business.

Mayor Hibbard is a graduate of the class of 2000 Leadership Pinellas, and the class of 2007 Leadership Florida. He is the Chairman of the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization, member of the Mayor's Council of Pinellas County and a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida League of Mayors. Mayor Hibbard is on the board of TBARTA, Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority.

A twenty-nine year member of Calvary Baptist Church, Mayor Hibbard is married with two children.
