The responsibility of the City Attorney's Office is to advance, advocate, and safeguard the interests of the City within the bounds of the law.

The City Attorney's office does not provide legal advice to citizens. If you need legal advice, please contact a private attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, please contact either Gulfcoast Legal Services at (727) 443-0657 or the Pinellas County Legal Assistance Project at (727) 464-3267. Both of these programs provide free legal assistance to those qualified citizens who cannot afford an attorney.
