Neighborhood and Homes of the Quarter
Winter 2007/2008

Neighborhood of the Quarter: Edgewater Drive
Photo of Neighborhood of the Quarter

Edgewater Drive enjoys the beauty of lush landscaping, Mediterranean, mission and bungalow style homes looking over the Clearwater Bay. Edgewater Drive residents invest in more than just property; they invest in a piece of Clearwater's history. The Edgewater Drive neighborhoods were the 1st recipients of the Grand prize CAN awards (Clearwater Awards for Neighborhoods). They have partnered with themselves as well as others to create a neighborhood website, newsletters, monthly meetings, and a crime watch team.
