The City of Clearwater is proud to announce the completion of the Clearwater Harbor Marina. They are open and slips are available for rent.

Now that the boat slips have been completed, Downtown Clearwater will transform into an active, dynamic waterfront that will become a destination for visitors cruising the Florida coastline and for locals out for a day of fun.

Boat Slip Availability

There are slips currently available in the Clearwater Harbor Marina. The boat must fit within the area of the slip. The rates for the slips are:

• Residents $9.00 per foot - length of the slip
• Non-residents $10.50 per foot - length of the slip

There are 126 boat slips as well as over 1,000 feet of overnight side-tie mooring for visitors and over 600 feet of side-tie mooring for daytime visits and special events that are happening in the downtown area. The daytime space will be free. Overnight transient fee is $2.00 per foot per day or $10.00 per foot per week.

Slips are available to anyone that is interested, regardless of residency, on a first-come, first-served basis. The boat slip lengths range in size from 30 feet to 55 feet. There are slips currently available and the boat must fit within the area of the slip.

The boat slips facility will include 24-hour security, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, electricity water and a pump-out service. Electricity is metered and charged per kilowatt of use. Parking for the boat slips is also conveniently located.
