Special Requirements for PRE-QUALIFICATION TO BID on Water Treatment Plant No. 2 – Contract 4: Reverse Osmosis Plant Site Expansion Project (10-0039-UT)
Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified to submit a bid for construction work within the City of Clearwater.
Contractors wanting to pre-qualify to bid on a project as a General Contractor must do so two weeks (ten work days) prior to the bid opening date.

At the bottom of this page you will find a link to an application form, which needs to be submitted along with other documents for the pre-qualification to be processed.
Your attention is called to the following three (3) items which must accompany the application:
- A current financial statement completed within the past year
- Three letters of reference
- A list of major projects completed within the past year (each project is to include type of work, dollar value, contact name, phone/fax number of project representative or owner with email address).
All of the above items must be received before review of the application can begin. For contractors interested in any particular project, the complete pre-qualification package must be received at least two weeks (ten work days) prior to the bid opening date.
All qualifications must be met and approved prior to submitting a bid.
