Skycrest neighborhood [south of Overlea Street to Gulf to Bay (SR 60) and west of Belcher Road to Saturn Avenue] along with minor distribution piping at Countryside High School and the Pinellas County Government Complexes in Clearwater; new interconnect transmission system from Clearwater Country Club to Old Coachman Road along Maple Street, Hobart Avenue, Ridgewood Street, Duncan Avenue, Airport Drive, Marilyn Street, NE Coachman Road, Belcher Road, and Sharkey Road; and a new RCW storage tank and pump station to be centrally located within the City on the City's nursery site at 901 N. Saturn Avenue.
