Any person that has died as a result of a motor vehicle, pedestrian or bicycle crash on segments of roadways within incorporated Clearwater city limits is eligible to have a memorial sign erected in his or her honor.
The purpose of this program, adopted by City of Clearwater Council, is to establish the guidelines for the placement of standardized roadside memorials.
Anyone who would like to request a sign posted within city right-of-way should apply in writing. If interested please fill the Roadside Memorial Marker Application after reading and accepting the Policy Statement included on page 2. The authorization of a family member is required.
