The Evaluation Committee for RFP #01-18, Security Services, will meet on Friday, February 23, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., at the Municipal Services Building (MSB), Room 130, 100 So Myrtle Ave, Clearwater, Florida.  This is a public meeting and observers are invited to attend.  The Committee will discuss the proposals received and next steps in the evaluation process.

At the above location there will be a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend this public meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Anyone wishing to participate by telephone may call Florida Gas Utility at 352-334-0770 to receive the dial- in information. Anyone deciding to appeal a decision made by the Executive Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. 2018-2019 Consolidated Annual Action Plan
Zoom Grant Roll-Out Process and Technical Support
                                                           

The City of Clearwater will be holding a public meeting to discuss and introduce Zoom Grants as the City’s new on-line application software for the 2018-2019 Consolidated Annual Action Plan (CAP) process. 

The public meeting will allow future applicants and the general public to ask questions of City Housing staff on the Zoom Grant process and to learn various aspects of how Zoom Grants will be utilized during the City’s 2018-2019 CAP process.  The meeting will showcase how to register with Zoom Grants, how to log into Zoom Grants and for City staff to assist with technical questions as needed.  This public meeting will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall located at 112 S. Osceola Ave., Clearwater.
