Gate Info – 3 Public Gates

  • Drew Street & Osceola Ave (Northeast corner of Coachman Park)
  • Osceola Ave through Harborview Center/Clearwater Main Library Parking lot (Southeast corner)
  • “4th of July Water Gate” (Southwest corner next to Press/Vendor Gate)

Blast off your Fourth of July celebration with the City of Clearwater at Bright House Networks Clearwater Celebrates America at Coachman Park for a FREE Family celebration, along with a concert featuring the Coachman Park Pops and the Wilsons. The night will be topped off with the largest fireworks display in the Tampa Bay area. Food and Beverage Vendors and Exhibitors will be on hand to cover all of your Fourth of July needs.

Gates open at 4 p.m. and music will begin at 7:30 p.m. Children’s activities will run 5-9 p.m. and will feature the Nomad Art Bus, a performance by Artz 4 Life Academy, a mascot dance off, a DJ, face painting, crafts, games, and more! The night will end withClearwater Gas ‘Spark the Sky’ fireworks show starting at 9:30 p.m.

Directions
Coachman Park is located on the waterfront in downtown Clearwater and is accessible from Drew Street or via Cleveland Street (State Road 60).

FROM TAMPA:

  • Take SR 60 to Clearwater
  • Follow SR 60/Gulf to Bay Boulevard through downtown Clearwater
  • Make a right at Osceola Avenue
  • The venue is on the left

FROM ST PETERSBURG:

  • Take US Highway 19 to SR 60
  • Head West on SR 60
  • Follow SR 60/Gulf to Bay Boulevard through downtown Clearwater
  • Make a right at Osceola Avenue
  • The venue is on the left

Parking
For Downtown Parking locations, please refer to the City of Clearwater's Downtown Parking Facilities Map. Downtown parking meters are not enforced all day on Saturdays.

Handicap parking will be in Lot 14. Handicap parking will be on a first come first serve basis.

Lots 2 & 5 will be closed to the public.

Bridge Closure
The Memorial Causeway Bridge will be closed to traffic on Saturday, July 4 from 9 to 10:30 p.m. due to the fireworks. The Belleair Bridge can be used as a detour route.

Dos and Don’ts
The following items and practices are not permitted at Bright House Clearwater Celebrates America:

  • NO pets, except assistance animals
  • NO grills or open flames of any kind
  • NO outside alcoholic beverages
  • NO glass containers or bottles
  • NO unauthorized vendors
  • NO tents or canopies
  • NO audio/video recording devices
  • NO throwing objects such as footballs, Frisbee’s, etc.
  • NO in-line skating, skateboarding
  • NO littering
  • NO personal fireworks

DO bring:

  • Lawn Chairs and Blankets
