Bright House 2015 Clearwater Super Boat National Championship & Seafood Festival
Friday, September 25 – Sunday, September 27
Cleveland Street, Coachman Park, and Clearwater Beach
This offshore powerboat race will feature some of the fastest powerboats in the world competing for the title of National Champion. To celebrate the City of Clearwater’s 100th Birthday, all racing boats will display the City’s Centennial logo. The boats will race from Pier 60 north for about a half mile and back, doing laps around the loop. The race, which is free and open to the public, will take place on September 27. VIP packages available for purchase.
A Taste of Clearwater 2015

A Taste of Clearwater is a local tradition hosted by the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce. The evening will include food, drinks and entertainment from the greater Clearwater community. Admission starting at $25.
MAXIMA Concierto Herencia Hispana

The MAXIMA Concierto Herencia Hispana has been recognized as a Top 20 Event for Fall of 2015 by the Southeast Tourism Society. This family-friendly concert is Clearwater’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, and features internationally known Latin performers. This year, the concert celebrates its 10th anniversary, and promises to be the biggest celebration we’ve had yet. Coolers, food, drinks, pets, fireworks, tents, and canopies are not permitted in the park. Listen to 92.5 MAXIMA for the Early Bird Promotion in August. Tickets start at $20.

The Clearwater Jazz Holiday celebrates its 36th year offering great music against the backdrop of warm breezes, brilliant sunsets, and one of Florida’s best beaches. This year's festival will celebrate the City of Clearwater's Centennial on Saturday, October 17th by featuring Sheryl Crow on Centennial Night. There will be food and drink concessions, exhibitors and Clearwater Jazz Holiday merchandise on sale. Coolers, food, drinks, pets, fireworks, tents, and canopies are not permitted.

North Pinellas Woman's Club presents the annual Christmas Under the Oaks Arts & Crafts show at beautiful, waterfront Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater, Florida. Show proceeds benefit community scholarships, grants, and projects. Gates open 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. $2 donation, kids under 12 free.

Tampa Bay Times Turkey Trot Kick-off Party

Tampa Bay Times Turkey Trot

Clearwater High School Stadium, 540 S. Hercules Ave. • 7 a.m.
The Tampa Bay Times Turkey Trot is the largest running event in the Tampa Bay area. More than 17,000 runners participate. There’s a race for every skill level, including one for competitive runners, one for recreational runners, and one for walkers. Fee includes an event t-shirt. Top finisher for the competitive races will receive a trophy. Proceeds benefit local charities. Canned goods and non-perishable food will be collected in the stadium on race day and will be donated to the food pantry at Religious Community Services Inc.
2015 Memorial Lighted Boat Parade
Saturday, December 12th
Coachman Park, 301 Drew St. • 6:30 p.m.
The decorated boats will assemble in Mandalay Channel located between Island Estates and Clearwater Beach at 6:00 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the lead boat will proceed northward through Mandalay Channel. Then the parade will weave in and out of many of the Island Estate canals before heading over to Coachman Park around 8:00 p.m. From there the boats will go under the Memorial Causeway Bridge turning into the Clearwater Marina Channel before navigating to the Clearwater Yacht Club. Cash and gift certificate prizes, donated by many area businesses, will be awarded to the best decorated boats. There is no parade entry fee. Outback Bowl Beach Day

Hilton Clearwater Beach, 400 Mandalay Ave. • 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Join the teams, their marching bands and cheerleaders as they enjoy the sun and beaches at the Hilton Clearwater Beach next to Pier 60. This fun day includes live music, skydivers, a tug-of-war and other contests from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
After Beach Day stick around for Sunsets at Pier 60 featuring artisans, music and more while you watch the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.
