The City of Clearwater’s Task Request And Communications System (C-TRACS) allows you to communicate your concerns, problems, comments, or recommendations to City personnel.

To create a new request, click on the link below, select the most appropriate category from the list, and then fill out the form displayed. Note that not all of the fields on the form are required, but the more information you provide to us, the better we will be able to serve you.
