Inaugural Feast on the Beach Wine & Seafood Festival Will Bring Local Chefs, Gourmet Dishes, Craft Beer, Wine and More to Clearwater Beach

Post Date:11/20/2018 1:52 PM

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Local chefs and wine & beer connoisseurs will come together to showcase their best food, seafood, wine and beers at where else, but America’s best beach, Clearwater Beach. That’s the recipe behind the inaugural Feast on the Beach Wine & Seafood Festival Nov. 30 through Dec. 2. To add to the excitement, one of Major League Baseball’s best managers will host this delicious event, Chicago Cubs Manager and former Tampa Bay Rays Manager Joe Maddon. Combine all these “best” things together, and you are looking at what could be one of Tampa Bay’s “best” events.

The feast kicks off at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach on Friday, Nov. 30 with the Cheers for Charity Social honoring the Richard O. Jacobson Foundation. Kick back and enjoy signature cocktails, wine, craft beer, some of the best in local food, live entertainment, silent and live auction and more.

On Saturday, Dec. 1 the feast moves to the iconic Pier 60 with a wine and seafood festival featuring more than 300 different wine samples and fresh local cuisine from some of the top restaurants on Clearwater Beach. Visitors will also have a chance to purchase some of their favorite wine at the Feast on the Beach retail tent where the pricing is 15 percent less than what you find at retail stores.

Come out on Sunday, Dec. 2 to see local restaurants compete in the first ever People’s Choice Grouper Smackdown for a prize of $1,000. Watch these popular restaurants compete while enjoying more than 30 different craft beers, and don’t forget to cast your vote for your favorite grouper dish.

It’s a weekend you don’t want to miss on America’s #1 beach. For more information and tickets, visit
