Learn the Latest News on the Seminole Boat Launch Improvements
Learn about the latest updates on the planned improvements to the Seminole Boat Launch.
From 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4 at the Clearwater Garden Club, 405 Seminole St., the city staff will present updates on the Seminole Boat Launch, which is just north of Downtown Clearwater. There will be a short presentation at 6 p.m.
Michael Delk, the city’s Planning and Development director, will discuss construction plans, project summary, status report and the time frame of the Seminole Boat Launch. He will also discuss additional improvements to the boat launch, including lighting, landscaping and parking.
“The city’s investments in the Seminole Boat Launch will improve the operations of this important access point while also adding more green space and waterfront access,” Delk said. “These are all things residents asked for as part of the North Marina Area Master Plan process. We are building community in the North Marina area, and this is going to be a cornerstone in this process.”
