Construction Has Begun on Seminole Street Boat Ramp & North Marina Improvements
Clearwater, Fla. – The city of Clearwater has begun construction on the Seminole Street Boat Ramp and North Marina Improvements project. Construction began March 26 and is anticipated to be complete by early 2020.
Boaters should expect construction delays and limited parking availability. The city’s intention is to keep the boat ramp open during normal hours of operation. However, the number of functioning launch ramps may be limited or could all be closed intermittently throughout the project.
The city asks anyone using the Seminole Boat Ramp area to respect posted signs and barricades - and please do not move or remove them. To do so is unlawful and could negatively impact the construction and safety of the project.
Residents with questions can call the city of Clearwater’s Engineering Department at (727) 562-4762.
