The Clearwater Main Library, located at 100 N. Osceola Ave., will again be a Summer BreakSpot site, which provides nutritious meals at no cost to children age 18 and younger while school is out for the summer.

With baseball season and summer in full swing, the Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education department has again partnered with the Tampa Bay Rays, Suncoast Credit Union and the libraries in Charlotte, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota counties for a fun and exciting summer.

The Reading with the Rays program will encourage you to read more this summer and to visit the library regularly before you return to school in August. By reading books this summer, Charlotte, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota county students in can circle the bases - first, second, third and home - and collect prizes as they go.

Make it all the way around to home and your ultimate reward is two tickets to see the Rays in action at Tropicana field!
