City of Clearwater Halloween Events

 BOO Bash at Spectrum Field


Boo Bash is an annual safe, free, family-friendly community event. Families can dress up and enjoy free candy from numerous local businesses with tables on the concourse, march in the costume parade, and take hayrides on the field. The Kids Zone, concessions, restrooms, and the Tiki Pavilion will all be open during Boo Bash.

 When: Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019 | 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

 Where: Spectrum Field, 601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater

 Who: Hosted by the Clearwater Threshers and the city of Clearwater



Ross Norton Not so Gory Norton


The Ross Norton Recreation Center is hosting a family-friendly Halloween party, Ross Norton Not so Gory Norton. The party will feature a mysterious maze, family pumpkin carving, ghoul egg hunt, food, drinks, candy bags and a free screening of the moving "Coco" in the Teen Room. This event is free.

When: Thursday, Oct. 24 | 6-8:30 p.m.

Ross Norton Halloween Teen Dance


The Ross Norton Recreation Center will be hosting a Halloween Teen Dance. Costumes are optional with awards given for the best costume and best dancer. 

When: Friday, Oct. 25 | 7 p.m.

Morningside Halloween Ju-BOO-Lee


Celebrate Halloween at the Morningside Recreation Complex. Bring the family, dress up, play carnival games, get candy and play on inflatables. Free event.

When: Friday, Oct. 25 | 6-8:30 p.m.

Where: Morningside Recreation Complex, 2400 Harn Blvd., Clearwater


Halloween Fun at the Library


The Main Library will host several different programs including:

Eerie Florida: Chilling Tales from the Panhandle to the Keys on Oct. 28, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Little Ones Music and Stories - Halloween Spooktacular! on Oct. 29, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
"Preschool Power" Storytime: Halloween Fun on Oct. 30, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
Book character contest celebrating “It’s the Great Pumpkin” all month long

 The Countryside Library will host:

Halloween Craft on Oct. 23, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Little Learners Halloween! on Oct. 31, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.

 The Clearwater Beach Library will host a Halloween Spooktacular for all ages on Oct. 23, 4 to 6 p.m.

 The East Community Library @ SPC will host:

“Nightmare Before Christmas” Watch and Paint on Oct. 24, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Halloween/Day of the Dead Party on Oct. 26, 2 to 3:30 p.m.

 The North Greenwood Library will host a Monster Mash Halloween Bash on Oct. 30, 5 to 7 p.m.
