Miracle on Cleveland Street
Ruth Eckerd Hall presents Downtown Clearwater’s premiere holiday family festival, Miracle on Cleveland Street, Saturday, December 2 from 5 – 10 pm. This free holiday festival returns for the 10 year when the 400-600 blocks of Downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street District, will be transformed into a holiday wonderland complete with falling snow, an ice skating rink, horse drawn carriage rides, pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus, a giant gingerbread house, face painting, inflatable bounce houses and more. Children will also be able to Tel-An-Elf, calling Santa’s Elves in the North Pole to share their Christmas wish list. The Tampa Bay Lighting will also be on site with their Lightning Made Street Hockey experience. Some of the activities require a wristband which may be purchased for $8*. Families can participate in a scavenger hunt along Cleveland Street for a chance to win new children’s bicycles as well as Ruth Eckerd Hall and Capitol Theatre show tickets.
The festival will feature a variety of craft & food vendors throughout Cleveland Street providing holiday-themed food and refreshments. Local holiday shopping and restaurants are also open in the Cleveland Street District. Bazaar Art is hosting an Art Throwdown and Open Air Art Bazaar by local artists at Station Square Park on the 600 block and at 331 Cleveland St Suite A.
Live on the Tampa Bay Times Stage, a free concert by The Atlanta Rhythm Section (So Into You, Champagne Jam, Imaginary Lover and Spooky).
A limited number of SUPER VIP packages, priced at $49 are also available, which includes a priority seating in the first 3 rows, including a chair in the reserved section directly in front of the Tampa Bay Times Stage, two complimentary beers or wine and access to super VIP tent which includes complimentary snacks and a meet and greet with members of The Atlanta Rhythm Section. In addition, a limited number of VIP packages priced at $29 are available, which includes priority seating beginning in the 4th row, including a chair in the reserved section in front of the Tampa Bay Times Stage and two complimentary beers or wine. There will also be live local performers on the Station Square Stage.
Miracle on Cleveland Street is supported by the City of Clearwater, the Cleveland Street District and the Downtown Development Board and is produced by Ruth Eckerd Hall On The Road.
