Payment by Mail
You can mail in your payment to Utility Customer Service, if you wish. You can send your payment to:

There are no convenience fees or additional costs, other than postage, for payment by mail.
Be sure to do the following to ensure prompt processing:
- the top portion of your utility bill statement
- make checks payable to "City of Clearwater"
- include your utilities account number on your check
- review the additional information printed on the back of your statement prior to mailing your payment
Utility Customer Service is located on the first floor of the Municipal Services Building at 100 S. Myrtle Avenue in Clearwater. Services provided include utility bill payment, requests for connection/disconnection of utility services, and general information. You may pay in person at the Utility Customer Service Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on regular business days.
There are no convenience fees or other additional costs for walk-in payments.
A drive-thru window facility is available for utility bill payments at 100 S. Myrtle Avenue in Clearwater. Drive-Thru service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on regular business days.

After-Hours Deposit Box
A night deposit box is available for after-hours payments at 100 S. Myrtle Avenue in Clearwater. FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION, PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX.
There are no convenience fees or other additional costs for night deposit box payments.
