No alcohol is permitted on Clearwater's public beaches.
Swim within the "Safe Bathing Limit" at all times. This area extends 300 feet west of the high water line and is clearly marked by buoys or pilings.
Boaters and jet skiers are not allowed inside the "Safe Bathing Limit" area.
No animals are allowed on public bathing beaches. This means no pets on public bathing area of Clearwater Beach.
Florida sunshine is intense. Please be careful when sunbathing and use sunscreen with a high SPF.

Beach Accessibility Information
Beach wheelchairs are available at the Main Beach Lifeguard Station, south of Pier 60. You may ask a lifeguard for assistance between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The beach wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
