LEGAL NOTICE: July 2, 2020
Notice is hereby given that the City of Clearwater (City) is accepting sealed bids on an annual contract for on-call services for Stormwater infrastructure improvements and repairs. The contractor will be required to enter a contract with the City of Clearwater and provide all labor, equipment, and materials for Stormwater infrastructure improvements and repairs. The City reserves the right to extend the contract on a yearly basis, and up to FOUR (4) one-year renewal terms, as referenced in Section IV 101, Scope of Work. The work will be assigned within the limits of City of Clearwater jurisdiction. Bids will be received until Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 1:00 PM (EST) by the City of Clearwater Procurement Division, Municipal Services Building, 100 S. Myrtle Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756.
