Utility Customer Service to Close Early March 27th

The department will close early at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27. This includes our phone lines, lobby, and in-person payment services. Customers will still be able to make payments via Invoice Cloud, the drop box, or kiosk during this time. We will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30

There are multiple other ways you can pay your utility bill during this time.

Getting Here & Finding Parking

Heading to an event at Coachman Park or Downtown? The Marina/Coachman Park Parking Lot 11 on Pierce Street, under the Memorial Causeway Bridge, has 156 spaces and EV chargers and is the closest lot to Coachman Park. Rates are $2.25/hour, every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., including holidays and weekends. If you don’t mind a short walk of a few blocks, the Garden Avenue Garage at 28 N Garden Ave offers 250 spaces with free parking after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
