BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Notice is hereby given by the City of Clearwater (the “City”) that sealed Letters of Interest (“LOIs”) will be received by the City beginning June 24, 2026, until 10:00 AM, Local Time, July 24th 2026, from persons interested in the purchase and redevelopment of City-owned property located at Lakeview Rd, Clearwater, Florida 33756, identified by Parcel I.D. No. 21-29-15-47466-002-0110. Preference will be given to proposals that include affordable housing income restrictions for households earning at or below 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).

No responsibility will attach to the City, its employees, or agents for premature opening of a proposal that is not properly addressed and identified. E-mail or fax submissions will not be accepted. All proposals must be made by interested parties within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice. Late submittals will not be considered.
DESCRIPTION. The City seeks an interested party to purchase and redevelop the property located at Lakeview Dr., Clearwater, Florida 33756. The subject property is a vacant commercial lot consisting of approximately 15,102 square feet (.34 acres) and is zoned C (Commercial). The current zoning designation permits single-family residential development.

The City shall consider all proposals received in a timely manner. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, and to otherwise conduct this solicitation in the manner deemed to be in the best interests of the public.
