Solid Waste Transfer Station to House Recyclables Temporarily Published on July 03, 2025 The city’s recycling holding facility at the Clearwater Solid Waste and Recycling Center has been damaged and deemed unsafe, due to structural problems after a truck hit a concrete block support beam.
