BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On March 4, 2021 the Clearwater City Council declared surplus, for the purpose of sale through Invitation to Bid #23-21, certain real property at 2150 Range Road, whereby the successful bid meets the terms set by Council. The property is legally described in Exhibit A.
