Shed Permit Application Checklist

NOTES:

Sheds fall within the definition of “accessory structures.” Sheds 100 square feet or less in size do not require a permit. However, all sheds must meet setback and height requirements of the Community Development Code.

There may be additional restrictions for sheds greater than 200 square feet in size. Please contact the Planning and Development Department at (727) 562-4567 for additional information.
