There was a sanitary sewer overflow that occurred Aug. 15, at Holt Avenue and Russell Street, due to a loss of power at the Marshall Street Water Reclamation Facility.

Utility Customer Service to close 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. daily

Beginning Aug. 4, Utility Customer Service phone lines will close daily from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. During this time, representatives will be unavailable. We encourage customers to email, or call back after 1:30 p.m.

There are multiple other ways you can pay your utility bill during this time.
