Cleveland Street Mobile Vending Program

The city of Clearwater’s Cleveland Street Mobile Vending Program creates opportunities for mobile vendors, artists, makers, activity providers and prepackaged specialty food businesses to bring unique products, services and experiences to Downtown Clearwater.

The program supports the city’s vision for a vibrant, welcoming and pedestrian-friendly downtown by activating designated public spaces and creating opportunities for local businesses, creative entrepreneurs and community-focused activities to engage with residents and visitors.

From handcrafted goods and artistic creations to interactive activities and specialty food offerings, the program provides a platform for approved vendors to showcase what they do best while contributing to the energy, character and sense of place along Cleveland Street. 

Application Process

Interested vendors must complete an application and provide all required supporting documentation for consideration. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, a location assignment or permit issuance.

A complete application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the requested operating date and no more than one year in advance. Applications are subject to review and must meet all applicable city requirements and program guidelines.
