  • Resident of the city of Clearwater (incorporated areas only) - $16.88/foot/month
  • Non-Resident (unincorporated areas outside city limits, for example Pinellas County) - $19.18/foot/month

Recreational Slip Rate Example - 40’ Slip:

Resident

  • Deposit: $675.20
  • Monthly Rent: $16.88 X 40’ = $675.20 + dock box $7.01 + tax $47.75 + $5 Utility Service Charge = $734.96/month

Non-Resident

  • Deposit: $767.20
  • Monthly Rent: $19.18 X 40’ = $767.20 + dock box $7.01 + tax $54.19 + $5 Utility Service Charge = $833.40/month

Recreational Slip Rate Example - 60’ Slip:

Resident

  • Deposit: $1,012.80
  • Monthly Rent: $16.88 X 60’ = $1,012.80 + dock box $7.01 + tax $71.39 + $5 Utility Service Charge = $1,096.20/mo.

Non-Resident

  • Deposit: $1,150.80
  • Monthly Rent: $19.18 X 60' = $1,150.80 + dock box $7.01 + tax $81.05 + $5 Utility Service Charge = $1,243.86/mo.
More Slip Information
  • Rates are based on the length of the slip. There are additional charges for a dock box, water and electric usage. All fees are subject to sales tax.
  • Includes Wi-Fi and 24-hour security surveillance.
  • Pump-out amenities are provided free of charge.
  • Deposit and the first month’s rent must be paid at the time of the signing of the docking permit. Slip rent will be billed monthly thereafter.
  • Written notice must be provided no less than 30 days prior to departure to apply the deposit to the final month’s rent.
  • We are not a liveaboard facility, but recreational tenants may stay aboard up to eight nights per month.

Island Estates Slips (Behind the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)

  • Resident rate is $16.16 foot/month, and the non-resident rate is $18.47 foot/month.
  • 40’ Slips Available Only.
  • There is no charge for water or parking at this location; however, there are charges for electricity usage.

Clearwater Beach Marina Transient Slip Rates and Information

The city of Clearwater uses Dockwa for all transient reservations. Reservations accepted at Dockwa.com. Proof of insurance required upon arrival.

  • Price includes water, electric, Wi-Fi and pump-out. 
  • Rates are based on the length of the boat.
  • There is a $10 non-refundable charge included on every reservation.
  • $3.50/foot/day
  • $17.50/foot/week
  • $53.27/foot/month

Three months max stay per tenant, per rolling year. Fees are non-refundable and subject to 7 percent sales tax.
