The Clearwater City Council will conduct a special budget work session at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11 in Council Chambers on the first floor of the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. City leaders will discuss the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2026-27 and the city's contingency plan if the property tax amendment on the November ballot passes. Public comment is not taken at work sessions.
