The Clearwater City Council will conduct a special budget council meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 21 in Council Chambers on the first floor of the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. City leaders will discuss the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2026-27.
