Cooper's Point Preserve and Cooper's Point Park

Cooper's Point Preserve is approximately 380 acres and is located near the Nova Southeastern University Campus in Clearwater. Cooper's Point Park is included within the Preserve and is approximately 161 acres in size. The land is currently being used to study water quality, tidal flushing, mangrove and other wetland habitats, wildlife utilization and future recreation opportunities.
