Cooper's Point Preserve and Cooper's Point Park Cooper's Point Preserve is approximately 380 acres and is located near the Nova Southeastern University Campus in Clearwater. The land is currently being used to study water quality, tidal flushing, mangrove and other wetland habitats, wildlife utilization and recreation opportunities.
