The city of Clearwater is springing into the new season with a schedule full of fun and festive events for the whole family. From aquatic egg hunts to Earth Month events, there is so much to do with the city of Clearwater this spring. A full list of events is below.

Hippity Hop Crafts & Selfies with the Easter Bunny

  • Friday, April 18, 3 p.m.
  • Main Library
  • The Easter Bunny is hopping his way downtown. Get a picture with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy Easter crafts.
  • Craft projects are available while supplies last.

Scenes on the Green at Crest Lake Park

  • Friday, April 18, 7 p.m.
  • Crest Lake Park
  • Pre-movie activities with Suncoast YMCA start at 6 p.m.
  • Enjoy an outdoor movie night under the stars at 7 p.m., Hop (rated PG)
  • Bring blankets and low-lying lawn chairs.

  • Saturday, April 19, 9 a.m. to noon
  • Countryside Recreation Center
  • This event features an egg hunt, inflatables, games, music, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
  • This is a free event.

Ross Norton Rockin’ Hoppin’ Egg Hunt

  • Saturday, April 19, 10 a.m. to noon
  • Ross Norton Recreation Center
  • Egg hunts, games, crafts, and a bounce obstacle course. This event is free.
  • Egg Hunt Schedule:
    10:30 a.m. – Ages 2 and younger
    10:45 a.m. – Ages 3 to 6
    11 a.m. – Ages 7 to 10
    11:15 a.m. – Ages 11 to 13
    11:30 a.m. – Ages 14 and older

Morningside Recreation Center Eggquatic Hunt

  • Saturday, April 19, 1:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Morningside Recreation Center
  • Hunt for eggs in the pool. Includes music, prizes, and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. This event is free.
  • Egg Hunt Start Times:
    2 p.m. – Ages 2 and younger
    2:45 p.m. – Ages 3 to 5
    3:30 p.m. – Ages 6 to 9
    4:15 p.m. – Ages 10 and older

Casino Night at Morningside Recreation Center

  • Friday, April 25, 6 to 9 p.m.
  • Morningside Recreation Center
  • Play poker, blackjack and roulette! Enjoy music, food, caricatures and raffles.
  • Tickets for the event are $20 for recreation cardholders and $22 for non-recreation cardholders.
  • The event is for ages 21 and older only. Childcare is provided for ages 6 and older.
