Utility Customer Service Hours Are Changing

Beginning Monday, Aug. 4, Utility Customer Service will be closing daily from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. During this time, our phone lines will be turned off, and agents will be unavailable to assist callers. Customers will be asked to call back after 1:30 p.m. 

Regular phone hours will be Monday through Friday:

  • 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • 1:30 – 5 p.m.

Customers can find more information about multiple ways to pay their utility bill at MyClearwater.com/Pay-My-Bill
