Municipal Services Building and Drive-Thru Re-open Oct. 20, 2025

Staff are moving back into the Municipal Services Building, located at 100 S. Myrtle Ave., which has been closed due to renovations. The building and customer-service drive-thru reopen to the public Oct. 20, 2025.


Utility Customer Service Hour Changes

Leading up to the move back to the Municipal Services Building, Clearwater Utility Customer Service will temporarily change their hours:

  • Friday, Oct. 10: The Contact Center will close at 3 p.m. (The cashier will remain open at CGS Energy through Oct. 17).
  • Friday, Oct. 17: The Cashier Office will close at 2 p.m.
  • Beginning Monday, Oct. 20: In-person payments will return to 100 S. Myrtle Ave., and the drive-thru will re-open.

Customers can make payments, start or stop service, and submit requests online at MyClearwater.com.

Regular hours remain Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a lunch closure from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Upon return to the Municipal Services Building, customer service assistance in the lobby will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The current drop-box location remains available across from the Clearwater Police Department. You can pay your bill online or by phone, text, or Amscot.
