Purchasing Solicitations

Instructions on how to submit your solicitation documents electronically:

  1. Log onto: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/6965ef2e80e84fa6b2426b2a0f226441
  2. Complete online form with “Your Information
  3. Use the drop-down arrow to select “Project You Are Bidding On
  4. Drag and drop your files into the “Upload Files Here” box
  5. Once complete, hit “Submit

NOTE: Once solicitation documents have been submitted, in order to retract the documents, an email from your company must be sent to the address listed under that solicitation on the City’s website. Retractions can only be made on open solicitations.

Current Bid/RFP/RFQ documents can be downloaded, completed, and returned to: Procurement Office, City of Clearwater, Attn: Purchasing, 100 S. Myrtle Ave. 3rd Floor, Clearwater, Florida 33756

Current solicitations are available online on the current page. The City will be transitioning to our new bids website at Bids Website over the next couple of months.  Once the transition has been completed, in order to submit a solicitation electronically, Vendors will be required to register their company’s information with Vendor Self Services at Vendor Registration.

Solicitation documents can also be obtained in the in the Procurement Division Office, 100 South Myrtle Avenue, 3rd Floor, Clearwater. Legal ads appear in a publication of general circulation (Tampa Bay Times) and notifications are posted on State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketPlace.
