DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN N GREENWOOD CRA

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 163.380, Notice is hereby given by the City of Clearwater (the “City”) that sealed Letters of Interest (LOIs) will be received by the City until 10:00 AM, Local Time, August 2nd, 2023, from persons interested in operating and leasing the Francis Wilson Playhouse property located at 302 Seminole St., Clearwater, FL 33755, which is contained within a portion of that parcel of real estate bearing the Parcel I.D. No. 09-29-15-02718-000-0190.

SUBMIT LETTERS OF INTEREST TO: It is recommended that LOIs are submitted electronically through our bids website at https://www.myclearwater.com/business/rfp.  Alternatively, proposers may mail or hand-deliver LOIs to the address below:

• Complete online form with “Your Information”  
• Use the drop-down arrow to select “Project You Are Bidding On”  
• Drag and drop your files into the “Upload Files Here” box  
• Once complete, hit “Submit”  

NOTE: Once solicitation documents have been submitted, in order to retract the documents, an email from your company must be sent to the address listed under that solicitation on the City’s website. Retractions can only be made on open solicitations.
