All departments have now moved back into the renovated Municipal Services Building, including bill-pay services and the customer-service drive-thru. The only department in a different location at this time is Human Resources, which will move into the new city hall in 2026.

The City of Clearwater seeks a variety of health care services from provider(s), not limited to employee physicals (pre-employment and fit for duty), drug and alcohol testing (reasonable suspicion, random and DOT), and occupational Fire and Police physicals.
