BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On June 17, 2021 the Clearwater City Council declared surplus, for the purpose of sale through Invitation to Bid (ITB) 46-21, certain real property of 450 public parking spaces located in Condominium Unit PUB of the North Beach Plaza Condominium (Parking Unit) at 490 Poinsettia Street, Clearwater, FL whereby the successful bid meets the terms set by Council. The property is legally described in Exhibit A-Property Legal Description.
