Bill-pay services and the customer-service drive-thru re-open to the public Oct. 20.Teams that have not yet moved back include Planning & Development, Code Compliance, and Public Works. All departments should be moved back in by Thanksgiving 2025.

Brief Description: The City of Clearwater’s Information Technology Department is seeking qualified vendor(s) to design and implement a Microsoft Teams Unified Communications solution and Genesys Cloud CX contact center to handle all of the City’s incoming and outgoing phone calls, communication, and call center needs.
