TA2025-09002 - Addresses our platting process, changing the final plat to an administrative process and incorporating certain time frames.
TA2025-09003 - Addresses changes made by the state legislature to mandated timeframes for review. It also updates the process for Level One (Minimum Standard) to reflect the way the city has processed this type of application since the code was adopted.
