North Greenwood Land Use and Zoning Next Steps Community Meeting

Clearwater’s Planning and Development Department will host a North Greenwood Land Use and Zoning Next Steps Community Meeting 6:30 p.m. June 30 at the North Greenwood Recreation Center, 900 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Room 2. 

Local residents and business owners are invited to hear updates on the North Greenwood CRA Plan land use and zoning implementation, including upcoming next steps for the Planned Redevelopment District (PRD) overlay.
