"Giving Wall" at Crest Lake Park was transformed into a vibrant community canvas with the unveiling of a mural by artist Frankie G (Francisco Gonzalez) in November 2025. The design was selected through a community voting process organized by the city’s Public Art and Design Board and neighborhood residents, reflecting a collaborative effort to bring the park’s walls to life with public art.

This lively mural captures the essence of Crest Lake Park and the spirit of Clearwater, celebrating the local culture, natural scenery, and everyday moments that make the city special. Drawing on bold, vibrant colors and dynamic imagery, the artwork features elements inspired by the park’s wildlife, people, and natural beauty, painting a picture of an ideal day in Clearwater that resonates with both residents and visitors alike.
