“Reflejos de Luz” by Carlos Pons is a public art mural created for the launch of the Art Oasis Mural Festival. In March of 2024, the Clearwater CRA and Arts & Cultural Affairs collaborated with No Good Deeds Consulting to launch the mural festival. This event highlighted the skills of eight acclaimed artists, who painted murals on walls offered by local businesses in Downtown Clearwater and the Gateway neighborhoods. The festival turned the city into a vibrant tapestry of artistic expression, showcasing a wide variety of artworks that enriched the urban landscape.

Carlos Pons Paz was one of the artists involved in this festival. His mural stands outside Clearwater's Public Library at Coachman Park, located at Coachman Park 300 Cleveland St., adding a unique and vibrant touch to the community space.
