Forest Run Park

Located in the Countryside area, Forest Run Park is known for its natural and cool shade, lighted tennis courts, handball/racquetball courts, basketball courts and playground with a unique rock wall. There is a walking trail that goes around the park that is approximately 0.6 miles long.

Timeline

• July 2025 - Old playground removed, soil excavation for playground install, temporary construction fence around perimeter, no trespassing signs installed
• July 28 - Playground installation
• Aug. 8 - Rubber poured-in-place surfacing install
• Aug. 11 - Install railings while the rubber surface cures
• Aug. 14 - Sod installation
• Late August 2025 - Estimated playground opening
